My life seemed like a series of ups and downs. While I have often been considered “lucky,” I have also faced great adversity, including a crippling medical diagnosis that was reversed after fifteen years. It wasn’t until the recent death of my youngest daughter that I really understood how important mindset would be in moving forward with my life. I chose to be mentored directly by Bob Proctor, world renowned expert in human potential, and realized that we don’t have to be victims to the world around us. I now devote my time to studying and understanding the power within. As a Certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant, NLP Practitioner and Mindset Strategist, I help others realize the importance of self-image, gratitude, and mindset. I am committed to helping people gain strength amongst their chaos, turn their thinking into results, and live their best possible lives, one C-type goal at a time.
